The combination of My Esel’s wooden frame with an integrated e-bike drive, carbon fork and 42mm road tires including puncture protection results in a wonderful e-touring bike.

The 400Wh battery and our 250 watt rear hub motor are 100% integrated and always provide the desired support with 5 adjustable power levels.

Key Features

• Long tours are no problem with an e-donkey. You can't tell by looking at him, but inside he's got a lot of power. Our My Esel HollowTech frames made of wood offer space for a fully integrated e-bike system. The cavities inside create space for the battery (400Wh) and the controller. The battery is serviced through an opening in the bottom bracket.


• Wood has been used very successfully in ski racing and boat building for many years. In addition to its rigidity and robustness, the unique vibration dampening is one of the special properties of wood. The wooden frame forms the core of the bike, which is particularly comfortable to ride and rolls as quietly and smoothly as no other.


• Plus + model includes a kick stand, fenders, integrated lighting system, and porter.
